Non‑Exempt Full‑Time.

Work schedule:

Monday – Friday and occasional weekends (4:00am – 12:30pm, 7:30am – 3:00pm, or 10:00am – 6:30pm). Requires driving. Compensation: $18.11 per hour.

• Follow all industrial safety guidelines and apply required safety training.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, coworkers, and site personnel.
• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities and replenish supplies per contract standards, following cross‑contamination procedures.
• Sweep, wet/dry mop, vacuum, and dust offices, hallways, high‑traffic areas, doorways, stairwells, and building entrances/exits on established schedules.
• Collect and remove trash and recyclables from lunchrooms, coffee areas, restrooms, showers, lockers, and office spaces in compliance with contract standards.
• Restock janitorial and facility supplies daily to maintain areas.
• Clean shower stalls, damp‑wipe surfaces, restock supplies, and mop floors following cross‑contamination procedures.
• Maintain janitor lockers (J‑lockers) by keeping them clean, organized, and in compliance with EM385‑1‑1.
• Rinse and properly store all equipment after each use.
• Operate wet/dry vacuum equipment as scheduled.
• Secure and lock doors after cleaning.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of previous custodian or janitorial experience preferred; combination of experience and education considered.
• Valid state driver’s license; ability to obtain and maintain coverage under Tessera’s insurance.
• REALID‑compliant driver’s license or acceptable alternative (U.S. passport or military ) required for access to the federal military installation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
• Background check and E‑Verify required.
• Proficiency in performing physical demands: lifting/moving up to 45pounds, kneeling, standing, walking, repetitive motion, and use of a vehicle for transport, stairs, and clearances.

• Ability to perform extended periods of lifting/moving up to 45pounds.
• Must reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours.
• Must be able to climb in/out of a vehicle, walk up/down stairs, and work under pressure for extended periods.
