• Structured problem‑solving techniques and ability to read and interpret schematics
• Strong hands‑on experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment
• Veterans or transitioning military are encouraged to apply
• Ability to make shift changes and occasional weekend availability
• Good PC skills (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent low and high voltage, RF, and vacuum systems background
• Basic plumbing experience
• Very good mechanical abilities
• Experience setting up LAN systems and LAN switches
• Willingness to learn about new software and hardware solutions
• Very good presentation skills in a customer environment and strong team orientation, communication and customer orientation

• Work independently to accomplish assigned tasks and responsibilities, providing service and maintenance for multiple cyclotrons, chemistry modules, and manipulator arms
• Monitor and positively affect financial and operational performance
• Work in compliance with all regulatory standards including EH&S, cGMP, Radiation Safety, applicable pharmacy laws, DOT, and internal policies
• Incorporate new technology, products, and processes into daily operations
• Participate in personnel training and staff development
• Work cross‑functionally with the production team to implement strategic initiatives
• Respond to calls for service support within a reasonable amount of time
• Complete and submit work history tickets in a timely manner with all relevant details
• Submit all timecards, assigned training and expense reports promptly, including all details
• Schedule work and manage spare parts usage to minimize costs and maximize effectiveness
• Monitor and improve uptime for site cyclotron system(s)
• Participate in the assessment of semi‑complex product and equipment performance and recommend modifications and improvements
• Participate in routine biomarker production function as needed
• Perform CCS upgrades
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
