Provide custodial service throughout the district facilities for the purpose of providing a safe environment for students, staff, and patrons of Spokane Public Schools. Works independently, receiving minimum supervision and guidance.

SALARY: LEVEL 2 on the Custodial/Grounds/Warehouse Salary Schedule. Experience increments depend on experience in the same or similar permanent position within a Washington State public school.
Requires prolonged standing, sitting, bending, stooping, crawling, and other physical exertion. Work on ladders and on low slope and flat roofs, lift and carry heavy supplies, materials and equipment. Possible exposure to elevated noise levels and potentially dangerous conditions. Required to wear protective gear, work outdoors in inclement weather. Requires safety awareness at all times.
