Raytheon - 11135 West Westbow Lane - Responsibilities:
Perform preventative/corrective maintenance on facility and process related equipment including make-up air units, natural gas fired generators, oil/water separators, cooling water towers, vacuum pumps, air compressors, variable frequency drives, boilers, steam systems, and associated equipment;
Analyze and repair malfunctioning equipment or systems (Mechanical, Pneumatic and Electro-mechanical);
Maintain accurate maintenance records utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS);
Operate equipment including forklift, cranes, hand tools, power tools, digital multimeter, and precision alignment tools;
Follow safety, health, and environmental procedures and adhere to engineering instructions and SOPs
