Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance operations at our Spokane area community. You will perform routine, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and support the make-ready process to meet property objectives.
Daily duties include cleaning, grounds and common area upkeep, responding to resident requests and work orders, and helping maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
