Job Description
We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our post-construction cleaning team for newly built homes. This position is responsible for preparing homes for final walkthroughs, inspections, and move-ins by ensuring each property is spotless and presentation-ready.
Responsibilities- Clean newly constructed homes from top to bottom.
- Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue.
- Shop vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
- Clean windows, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and fixtures.
- Perform final touch-up cleaning before homeowner move-in.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Work efficiently independently or as part of a team.
- Previous cleaning experience but not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
- Ability to life, bend, stand and move throughout the day.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must be dependable and trustworthy.
