Newly Built Home Construction Cleaner in Spokane

Job Description

We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our post-construction cleaning team for newly built homes. This position is responsible for preparing homes for final walkthroughs, inspections, and move-ins by ensuring each property is spotless and presentation-ready.

• Clean newly constructed homes from top to bottom.
• Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue.
• Shop vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Clean windows, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and fixtures.
• Perform final touch-up cleaning before homeowner move-in.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Work efficiently independently or as part of a team.

• Previous cleaning experience but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
• Ability to life, bend, stand and move throughout the day.
