Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician III to install, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a variety of systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety and waste management.
You will handle basic facilities tasks, coordinate improvements, log activities, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards while maintaining a respectful communication with residents and supporting the mission.
