Clean Nation Co. is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner to join our commercial cleaning team.

This position starts at 10–15 hours per week
, with the opportunity to increase to up to 25 hours per week for those who want additional hours. Most shifts begin after 4:00 PM
, with Saturday and Sunday cleaning based on client needs.

We clean a variety of office buildings and industrial facilities throughout the Spokane area. Some shifts are completed independently, while others are performed alongside fellow team members. • Clean and maintain office buildings and industrial facilities to our high standards.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and disinfect offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and restock paper products and supplies.
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company procedures.
• Safely use company-provided cleaning products and equipment.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Work independently or with a team to consistently deliver exceptional results.

• One year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable personal vehicle with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and comfortably stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout each shift.
• Must successfully pass a standard criminal background check.
