Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior upkeep across our communities. Under the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll handle repairs, preventative tasks, and basic system maintenance to keep residents comfortable and safe.
This on-site role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends. A High School diploma and 1–3 years’ maintenance experience are preferred; HVAC/plumbing/electrical
