Greystar has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician at Huntington Park. You will perform technical work to keep buildings, grounds, and common areas safe, clean and functional, while delivering excellent resident service.
Responsibilities include completing work orders, prepping vacants, inviting vendor coordination, and maintaining equipment with a focus on reliability and safety. Prior trades in painting, carpentry, plumbing, and appliance repair are valued.
