BG Staffing is currently seeking experienced maintenance professionals to support a 440-unit apartment community in Spring Hill, TN (37174). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team that needs strong, reliable talent to help maintain and elevate property operations.

We are actively hiring for the following positions:

• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (preferred CPO certification)
• Non-Certified Maintenance Technician
• Maintenance Supervisor

With only two technicians currently onsite, we are looking for individuals ready to step in, make an impact, and help support a high-demand, fast-paced community.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: Starting at $25.00 per hour (based on role and experience)
• Location: Spring Hill, TN (37174)
• Property Size: 440 Units

Position Overview

These roles are essential to ensuring the property operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely. From leadership to hands-on repairs, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the community, servicing residents, and supporting property operations.

Key Responsibilities

Service Requests & Maintenance

• Complete maintenance tickets in a timely and professional manner
• Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections

Make-Readies & Unit Turns

• Prepare vacant units for new residents
• Ensure units are fully functional, clean, and move-in ready
• Complete repairs, painting, and general upkeep

Property Upkeep

• Maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems
• Identify and address safety concerns quickly
• Ensure overall property appearance meets company standards

Team & Leadership (Supervisor Role)

• Oversee maintenance staff and daily operations
• Prioritize workload, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with property management and vendors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Pool & Facility Maintenance (Certified Tech)

• Maintain pool systems and ensure compliance with health regulations
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred
• Monitor and service property amenities

Qualifications

Certified Maintenance Technician

• Maintenance certification required
• CPO certification strongly preferred
• Strong experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Non-Certified Maintenance Technician

• Previous apartment or related maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of repairs and troubleshooting

Maintenance Supervisor

• Proven leadership experience in apartment maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple trades
• Ability to manage a high-volume property and lead a team
