I need general cleaning of the windows with blinds, sofas, ceiling fans, cleaning of base boards, dusting, sweeping, mopping of floors, clean 2 restrooms one with a tub and the other with a glass shower.

I have a 2 story home and a backyard that needs to be cleaned and refreshed. All bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, laundry folded and put away in each rooms. Refresh of the backyard area and such. May need an initial deep clean and then one every quarter or so. Currently no pets in the home.
