We are looking for a responsible day porter to maintain our client’s facility. It is important for a day porter to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning, and tidying the premises. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a day porter role focused on building upkeep. A keen eye for detail and diligence are imperative in day porter maintenance jobs.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Day porter to support day‑to‑day maintenance operations. This role involves performing basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep to ensure facilities remain safe, clean and functional.

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs (doors, locks, fixtures, drywall, painting, etc.)
• Replace light bulbs, filters and basic hardware
• Basic plumbing and electrical tasks (non‑licensed)
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues
• Assist with equipment and furniture setup/moves
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Reliable transportation
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to (X) lbs
• Standing, bending, lifting, and walking required
• Occasional evening/weekend work may be required

• $16.00 Hour
