Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Lead to oversee cleaning operations across multiple locations within a 50-mile radius of Baytown, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising janitorial staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate daily cleaning activities at various sites
- Supervise and train janitorial staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Travel within a 50-mile radius of Baytown, including Pearland, Webster, Texas City, and other nearby areas
- Proven experience in janitorial or facilities management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel within specified radius
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
