RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper responsible for upkeep of grounds, exteriors, and leasing office areas at multifamily properties. You will perform grounds work, power washing, basic landscaping, and assist in make-ready units while maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the property.
On-site role requiring collaboration with maintenance teams, residents, and supervisors. Strong communication and basic office skills are beneficial, and a flexible schedule is possible to meet property
