Technical Service Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Service Representative located in Spring ( N. Houston) Texas. The Technical Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and troubleshooting to clients, ensuring seamless issue resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes hands-on technical services, identifying and solving client challenges, and providing detailed reporting. The individual will also act as a key liaison between the company and its clients to ensure all technical needs are met effectively.

• Maintains a relationship with key customer personnel to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Delivering chemicals and equipment to our customers while performing on-site testing and services.
• Support sales increase by providing excellent service and equipment solutions to existing customer base.
• This requires the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Utilizes support from the Manager, sales team, and corporate to assist in maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Assists with on-site training utilizing Operating Training materials at assigned accounts.
• Completes required field documentation and reports (i.e., JSEA, delivery tickets, inventory tracking, service schedules, Expense Report, etc.) in a timely fashion as determined by company policy and departmental procedures.
• Work with Manager and Sales to manage and maintain inventory and delivery of chemical, equipment, and parts from our warehouse for on-time delivery to customers.
• Responsible for all aspects of safety on the job, including the operation and maintenance of assigned company vehicle, the compliance with company safety, HAZMAT & Product Stewardship policies.
• Travels as required

The minimum qualifications the candidate will have include:

• 1+ years maintenance experience in industrial applications
• 1+ years related oilfield service experience and the ability to interact well with customers
• Mechanical knowledge and experience for maintenance and repairs of pumps, feed equipment and fleet.
• Basic knowledge of pumps, mechanical equipment and electrical systems
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads
• Basic Computer Skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Must have and maintain a valid CDL driver's license preferably with Hazmat endorsement.
