Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment, including conveyors, bearings, sprockets, chains, belts, seals, gearboxes, cylinders, and valves. The role also involves conducting electrical maintenance on PLCs, I/O modules, limit switches, VFDs, sensors, 3-phase motors, relays, and more. As most equipment is proprietary and built in-house, each day presents a new challenge.
Responsibilities- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
- Perform electrical maintenance on various components including PLCs, I/O modules, and limit switches.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues involving conveyors, bearings, sprockets, chains, belts, seals, gearboxes, cylinders, and valves.
- Replace and wire 3-phase motors.
- Utilize hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge to troubleshoot and repair systems.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standard.
- 3-5+ years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
- Proficiency in mechanical maintenance for conveyors, bearings, sprockets, chains, belts, seals, gearboxes, cylinders, and valves.
- Experience in replacing and wiring 3-phase motors.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Electrical troubleshooting skills including working with control panels and automation systems.

Work EnvironmentWork in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility currently undergoing renovations, with plans for expansion in 2025. Night shift openings are available from Monday to Friday, 5pm to 5am, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
