High School or better.

Experience in pool care and general maintenance in the property management industry or similar industry is preferred. In addition, proven experience in the following is required:
1. Ability to interact well with co-workers, supervisors, guests, vendors, contractors, residents and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.
2. Good organizational skills.
3. Strong customer service skills.
