Qualifications EducationPreferredHigh School or better.
ExperiencePreferredExperience in pool care and general maintenance in the property management industry or similar industry is preferred. In addition, proven experience in the following is required:
1. Ability to interact well with co-workers, supervisors, guests, vendors, contractors, residents and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.
2. Good organizational skills.
3. Strong customer service skills.
