Our client, a leading company in the energy and industrial infrastructure sector , is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Planner to join their team. As an Electrical Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the Maintenance & Reliability organization supporting operations, maintenance, engineering, and field execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and organizational skills ,
excellent communication abilities , and a detail-oriented mindset that will align successfully within the organization.
Location: Spring, TX (Onsite)
Pay Range: $66.72 - $76.25/hr
What's the Job?
Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and reliability activities for critical industrial assets.
Develop detailed job plans and work packages using SAP, including labor, materials, permits, and equipment requirements.
Coordinate maintenance schedules, outages, and work execution activities with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Manage maintenance backlogs, prioritize work orders, and support efficient resource utilization.
Track maintenance KPIs, compliance metrics, and planning performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
5+ years of maintenance planning experience within oil & gas, petrochemical, pipeline, LNG, or similar industrial environments.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4
HANA, including work order management, planning, and scheduling functions.Electrical maintenance background with working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
Experience creating maintenance schedules, job plans, work packages, and outage plans.
TWIC card preferred (or ability to obtain/renew) and valid driver's license.
Competitive pay rate of up to $76.25/hour .
