Position Summary... What you'll do...

Join Walmart's dynamic team as a 2nd Shift Supervisor II, Facilities Maintenance at our facility in Spring, Texas . This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead maintenance operations, develop associates, ensure equipment reliability, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will help support safe, efficient facility operations while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Work Shift: 2nd Shift

• Lead and develop maintenance associates through coaching, delegation, and feedback.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, SOPs, and One Best Way.
• Partner across teams to resolve issues and improve facility performance.
• Use data and reporting to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain custodial standards, compliance, and equipment readiness.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers to support timely, quality work.
• Improve maintenance processes through technology and operational excellence.
• Promote safety, accountability, associate development, and continuous improvement.

• Experience leading maintenance, facilities, or operations teams.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience using data to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced operational environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.

• 2 years' experience in a Walmart maintenance technician position OR 1 year's experience in industrial maintenance (for example, welding, refrigeration, electrical, electronics), including six months leading a work or project team.
• 2 years’ experience performing Industrial Warehouse or manufacturing maintenance activities (for example, preventative maintenance, material handling equipment, power equipment, facilities upkeep).
