Janitorial Associate

Location: Springboro, OH

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Part Time

As a Janitorial Associate in Springboro, you help keep the place clean, safe, and running right. It's hands‑on work with a good crew and solid weekly pay.

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Dependable and self‑motivated with a positive attitude

• Sweep and clean warehouse floors
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Dust and wipe down workstations, surfaces, and shared spaces
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, walkways, and warehouse areas
• Restock cleaning supplies and restroom products as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and cleaning procedures
• Assist with additional janitorial and facility cleaning duties as assigned
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment for all employees
