Shift: Full-Time 7a-3:30p
RESPONSIBILITIES- General Maintenance Projects as assigned i.e. appliance repair, light plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpet cleaning, power washing, fire safety inspections, snow removal
- On occasion making time sensitive runs for the Health Center as needed
- Rounding to ensure the community is secured
- IT support as needed
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with an attitude of excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders and walk long distances
- Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing
- Must be licensed/Certified in HVAC
- Desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults
