Maintenance Supervisor

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Leads or participates in continuous improvement projects focused on equipment safety, product quality, production efficiencies, and equipment performance. Measures improvements and establishes trials as needed.
• Identifies needed improvement to Fuji folders & other production equipment and establishes metrics to measure improvements.
• Establishes metrics for equipment operation & settings and tracks and holds operators accountable to metrics.
• Evaluates and assesses maintenance staff to determine training needs and develops employees to improve their maintenance skills and interpersonal skills.
• Oversees Technical Operators regarding equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Establishes and provides training regarding existing, new or revised processes related to Fuji Equipment.
• Collaborates with training team to ensure Fuji operation and repair guideline materials are up to date and regarding Folder Operator certification requirements.
• Upon Request, leads the breakdown, rebuild, improvement, and modification of Fuji Folders for the Global Engineering Team.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field or 5 years progressively responsible in industrial maintenance with 3 to 5 years of experience working with wet wipe manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner.
• Strong verbal, written and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated Leadership skills.
• Must be able to use Inventor software, or equivalent, as tool for CI.

• Must be able to communicate face‑to‑face.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional to frequent standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling and reaching.
• Requires the ability to read, write, calculate and analyze.
• Work environment includes occasional hot and cold temperatures.
• Requires good visual acuity with depth perception and color vision.
