We are hiring for a Part-Time Maintenance Associate responsible for on-site upkeep of a Go Store It storage facility. Leverage hands-on maintenance, customer service, and facility operations to keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained.

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything out of place.
• Fix small items such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and perform simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the facility clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and during trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs: sweep, clean, and prepare them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are working.
• Assist customers on-site as needed.
• Maintain an orderly and safe environment so the property looks right and runs smoothly.
