What You’ll Do- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot issues in equipment and systems
- Conduct inspections to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and compliance
- Document maintenance activities and completed repairs
- Respond to equipment issues and maintenance-related emergencies
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to improve reliability
- Temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment with regular exposure to cold
- Occasional exposure to vibration
- Loud noise levels typical of manufacturing operations
- Tight or high spaces are possible
Your military experience may be considered in lieu of some civilian manufacturing or maintenance experience requirements outlined below. Equivalent civilian experience will also be considered.

- Air Force: 2A, 2A6X6, 3E0X2, 3E1 X1
- Navy: MM, EM, EN, GSM, GSE
- Marine Corps: 21XX, 1141, 3521
- Coast Guard: MK, EM
- Experience or education in Industrial Maintenance or related fields
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Electrical Systems
- PLCs and Robotics
- Motors
- Conveyors
- Welding and Fabrication
Compensation Range: $18.10 to $42.33 base pay with potential for additional bonuses and shift differentials
The posted compensation range reflects Tyson Foods Inc. compensation range for this role across all locations and levels 01-08. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
