Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rosemoore Apartments in Springfield, IL.

• Hourly rate: $ - $ (range not specified)
• Up to $3,000 per year in Quarterly Bonuses

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning apartments between resident occupancy
• Painting/Staining interior and exterior applications
• Maintaining property grounds
• Preventative maintenance
• Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screening (we do not check for THC). Valid driver’s license required.
