We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Repair Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding hydraulic and mechanical components across multiple OEM brands. This is a shop-based role that requires independent troubleshooting, teardown, rebuild, and testing of hydraulic systems and components. Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and rebuild hydraulic and mechanical components. Work on pumps, cylinders, valves, gearboxes, and related systems. Disassemble, inspect, and determine the root cause of failures. Replace seals, bearings, and worn components while ensuring proper tolerances. Test repaired components for functionality and reliability. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety procedures. Document repairs and communicate findings as needed.

Manage repair jobs independently from teardown through final testing.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hydraulic repair experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Experience repairing hydraulic systems across multiple OEM brands. Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals. Hands-on experience with measuring tools and shop equipment. Industrial hydraulics experience is required. Machining or fabrication experience is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Pay Range:$22/Hr- $28/hr (flexible based on experience) The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
