Lake Park High School is currently hiring for the full-time position of Maintenance Worker (Monday - Friday) as detailed below:

• High school and post‑high school training and work experience in at least one (1) of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, or heating/ventilation/air conditioning is required
• Valid Driver's License
• Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed
• Demonstrated aptitude as a self‑starter who works with minimal supervision
• Experience with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices
• Effective interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong orientation for providing customer service
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work positively and productively with adults and high school‑age students

Maintenance Worker

$26.09 to $29.12 per hour, based on experience and level of education, per Appendix B Salary Schedule (Maintenance) of the District's Negotiated Agreement. This is a benefits‑eligible position, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF).
