Job Overview
We are hiring an Overnight Cleaning Crew Team Member for Chick‑fil‑A East Springfield. This full‑time position offers overnight hours and home‑time benefits for employees who work on a rolling schedule.
Responsibilities- Clean commercial and residential duct work, including HVAC systems, bathroom exhaust, dryer exhaust, and other ducts.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility during overnight hours.
- Assist with any additional cleaning tasks as required by the overnight shift.
- Energetic, responsible, and dependable individual with strong work ethic.
- Previous cleaning experience is not required; willingness to learn and follow guidelines is essential.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- $15.00 per hour.
- Full‑time position with 4 days of home time for every 21 days worked.
- Home at least one weekend per month.
- Covers some or all travel expenses.
