Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $17.50 Per Hour

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help keep customers current with payments; make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport/lift items up to 35 pounds.
• Walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal free of debris.

• Experience in customer‑service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required (mileage reimbursement available).
