Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean parking lot, restrooms, and floors to ensure a positive member experience. Must remain on feet throughout shift and adapt to changing tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures, guidelines, and methods, using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company's Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring proper rotation and storage, and place orders when supplies are low.
• Provide a safe and clean environment for members and associates, delivering a great first and last impression.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr additional premiums may apply.

• Be 18 years of age or older.

• Experience in facility maintenance or custodial work.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental sustainability practices.
