The Role As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in preserving the pristine condition of our luxury properties. You'll be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, ensuring that our apartments and common areas meet the exacting standards our discerning residents expect.
Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requestsPerform routine preventative maintenance on building systems and equipmentDiagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliancesMaintain the aesthetic appeal of the property through painting, light carpentry, and general repairsAssist in the preparation of vacant units for new residentsParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenanceMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventoryAdhere to all safety protocols and building codesCollaborate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are neededContribute to the overall upkeep of common areas and building exteriorsQualifications
2+ years of experience in residential or commercial maintenanceProficiency in general maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentryKnowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance practicesAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders safelyExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and a customer-service orientationValid driver's license and clean driving recordEPA certification for HVAC work (preferred)Experience with luxury properties or high-end residential maintenance (a plus)What We Offer
