We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team and help keep our buildings, equipment, and grounds in top condition. This hands‑on role supports a wide variety of maintenance activities, requiring accuracy, problem‑solving, and a proactive mindset.

Salary:$27 - $32 per hour
Primary functions:- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems and production equipment.
- Maintain HVAC, boiler, and compressor systems, ensuring all components operate safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and service fleet vehicles, welding and machine shop equipment, and facility infrastructure.
- Service and maintain HVAC systems
- Service and maintain boiler room equipment
- Use maintenance software to track work orders and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Support inspections for safety, security, and facility compliance.
- Assist with snow removal, supply inventory, and other building and grounds needs as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- HVAC and controls - preferred
- Computer experience - required
- Plumbing experience - required
- Maintenance experience - required
- Electrical & Electronic Controls experience - required
- LOTO Procedures - required
7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Some overtime may be required.
Physical requirementsThis position requires the ability to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and lift office products and supplies, up to 75 pounds. It involves exposure to a variety of climates and temperature changes both hot and cold. Work environment will at times be loud, dirty, distracting, and involve work with and/or around potentially dangerous machinery. Most tasks assigned will be physically demanding.
