# Facilities Services Technician Jonesburg, MO 63351## Overview Position Type Full-Time/Part-Time## Facilities Services Technician The Facilities Services Technician is responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of our office buildings.  This person will take great pride in presenting a clean and sanitary office facility.  This person will have a schedule for each office facility and will be responsible for weekly cleaning of offices, restrooms and breakrooms at each shop.  

This is a traveling site to site position with locations local to MO, and does require a Class E CDL. Company vehicle is provided. MVR check required.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls
* Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
* Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
* Empty trash and recycling bins
* Stock and maintain supply rooms
* Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
* Clean and maintain restrooms and breakrooms
* Washing and clean windows and mirrors
* Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
* Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment
* Dust furniture and fixtures
** Required Qualification, Skills & Abilities:
*** Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
* Ability to work with others
* Works well independently and is self-motivated
* Has strong time management skills
* Ability to remain focused on tasks and work within a timeline
* Ability to present information to small groups
* Willingness to learn and be part of a dynamically growing company
* Flexibility in your schedule to meet the needs of the office staff
* Must be willing to travel to other office locations

* Physical Requirements:

*** Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
* Must be able to drive a vehicle for up to eight hours to travel to and from different offices.
* Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of offices; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
* Must be able to remain standing or walking for most of the shift
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
