Floor Maintenance Technician

Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00

Hours:

4:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday–Friday

The responsibilities include overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. Tasks include completing floor care areas on schedule, proper care of floor machinery, anticipating and recommending floor care needs, and promoting a safe work environment.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction beneficial.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary.
• Reliable transportation.
