Each day as a Damage Assessment Specialist - Restoration Consultant, you'll meet homeowners at their properties, conduct thorough storm damage inspections, and document findings related to roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and exteriors. You’ll prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or similar software, work closely with insurance adjusters to keep claims moving forward, and act as a trusted point of contact from inspection through project completion—ensuring quality standards and building codes are met while maintaining clear, consistent communication.

Requirements:
- Proven storm restoration estimating experience
- Strong understanding of exterior systems
- Insurance claim and adjuster collaboration experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self‑motivated with strong organization
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Xactimate proficiency
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
