Perform preventative and repair maintenance for building envelope and connected systems;
Maintain Data Center climate control and fire detection and suppression systems;
Perform minor electrical maintenance (switches, ballasts, lamps, motors);
Inspect and repair building roofs and flashing;
Respond to emergencies and act as primary contact for facilities emergencies on shift
