**** Custodian – Build Your Career at City Utilities
** City Utilities is looking for a reliable, motivated Custodian to help keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. If you take pride in your work and want a long-term career with opportunities to grow into other areas of the utility, this is a great place to start.
** What You’ll Do*
* • Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas  
• Sweep, mop, wax, and buff floors; empty trash and recycling  
• Perform minor repairs and move furniture/equipment as needed  
• Assist with deliveries and occasional mailroom support  
• Keep outdoor walkways and parking areas clear and safe  
• Use a computer for basic daily reporting  
• Follow established safety procedures at all times
** What We’re Looking For*
* • Six months of custodian or commercial cleaning experience  
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision  
• Valid driver’s license (Class F minimum)  
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology  
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions
