Cardinal Group is seeking a Turn Team Member for student housing turnover operations. This temporary/seasonal role involves assisting with unit turnovers, furniture installation, groundskeeping, housekeeping, move‑in day support, and basic maintenance tasks.
You will work under the onsite team, perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds), follow safety guidelines, and provide friendly, respectful service to residents during busy move‑out and move‑in periods.
