Commercial Maintenance Technician​/Supervisor

Job Overview

We are an expanding property management company seeking a go-getter Maintenance Technician/Supervisor for our commercial portfolio. The role involves overseeing maintenance staff and repairs in over 600,000 square feet of commercial space, including office buildings, retail strip centers, multi-use properties, mini-storage facilities, and warehouses.

• Oversee commercial maintenance staff and schedule maintenance repairs.
• Supervise a team of 2-3 employees.
• Communicate professionally with tenants and vendors.
• Manage work orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with the groundskeeping team.
• Obtain and present bids for major repairs.
• Maintain a high standard of curb appeal.
• Handle phone calls, software needs, and service calls.
• Perform physical tasks such as snow removal.

• Above average skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC diagnostics.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Multi-tasking ability and self-direction.
• Experience with computers and setting up work orders.
• Good attendance, strong work ethic, and coping skills.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks.

Hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or weekends as needed.

Salary:
Starting range $40,000 – $50,000.
