Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a well-established premium food manufacturer to identify a Maintenance Manager for its St. Louis manufacturing facility.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong maintenance teams, partnering closely with Operations, and driving reliability across a busy food manufacturing environment.
Key Role Information- Direct leadership of 10 maintenance team members (Maintenance Technicians, Team Lead & Maintenance/Reliability Planner)
- Reports to Director of Mfr
- Lead an established maintenance team with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on reliability and equipment performance.
- Join a well-respected, privately held food manufacturer known for long-term employee retention and internal career growth.
- Broad ownership across preventive maintenance, reliability, utilities, capital improvements, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner closely with Operations to improve uptime, OEE, and overall plant performance.
