We deliver hope through comprehensive, dedicated treatment programs across several states and care settings, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, outpatient counseling, and therapy services.

We are an inpatient facility for children and adolescents, focused on providing exceptional treatment and support through a compassionate, multi-disciplinary treatment team approach. What You'll Do:

• Repair sheetrock, paint, change light bulbs, maintain ceiling tiles, clean carpets, and strip, clean, and buff floors as needed.
• Complete scheduled audits of electrical and HVAC systems.
• Maintain audit reports and facility documentation as needed.
• Perform routine repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Operate inside and outside equipment to help maintain safe lawn, sidewalk, and parking areas, including mowing, snow, and ice support as needed.
• Ensure playground equipment is functioning safely.
• Follow all facility safety guidelines and help maintain a clean, secure, and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a commercial building setting, including electrical, mechanical, and air conditioning equipment.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and ability to follow all safety measures.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment, with the ability to properly maintain department tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform sheetrock repairs, painting, and routine facility upkeep.
• Ability to perform routine labor and lift at least 40 pounds.

Full-Time • $16.00–$18.00/hr
• Day Shift
• Monday–Friday
