• Work directly on industrial process equipment (pumps, valves, heat exchangers)
• Travel to customer facilities across the country
• Walk into a plant, identify issues, and get critical equipment back up and running
• Support operations where downtime isn’t an option
• Train customers and operators on proper equipment use
• Read schematics, understand systems, and troubleshoot in the field

This isn’t repetitive shop work, you’ll be in different facilities, working on new systems and challenges on a regular basis.

• A specialized technical skillset in sanitary process systems
• Hands-on experience in a stable, essential industry
• The ability to troubleshoot complex systems—not just swap parts
• Customer-facing experience where you become a trusted technical resource

You don’t need to know everything, but you do need the right mindset.

This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in solving problems others call when something breaks.

• Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with equipment
• Curious and quick to learn
• Comfortable working through problems without a script
• Open to travel and new environments
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates

• 6+ months of hands-on mechanical or service-related experience (or relevant training)
• Basic electrical troubleshooting is a plus
• Industrial or food manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required

• Weekly travel to customer sites
• Variety in locations, industries, and technical challenges
• Physically active work (tools, equipment service, lifting)
• Overtime opportunities available
