Maintenance Technician

Location: 4980 Gateway Blvd. | Springfield, Ohio

Maintain and repair building systems, including hydraulics, electrical circuitry, HVAC, conveyor systems, cranes, high‑speed doors, and other plant equipment. Read and interpret schematics/blueprints and troubleshoot issues on a variety of industrial equipment. Perform routine maintenance, inspect for safety and operational efficiency, and ensure all equipment is operating at optimal performance.

Sunday – Thursday work week with Fridays and Saturdays off.

Full‑time shift starts at 9:30 am and ends at 6 pm.

$28.95 per hour – based on experience.

• Annual tool allowance of $500 and yearly shoe allowance of $150.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) certification required.
• Minimum one year of experience maintaining and repairing PIV or warehouse‑related equipment and facilities.
• Ability to work in high places, freezing cold spaces, and indoor/outdoor areas throughout the building.
• Successful passing of a drug screen and background check.
• Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs during your shift.
