Qualifications- Valid Ohio Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and vehicle liability insurance.
- High School diploma and/or Vocational/Technical Certification in related field.
- One (1) year of building maintenance experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
Salary $19.54 per hour + 3.5% increase after successful probation. Full‑time, classified, non‑exempt, County benefits.
