Position: Foreperson (CDL Required) NON-UNION
Asplundh -  - Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and assign daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor;
Conduct field training and retraining for crew;
Enforce safe work practices and conduct safety training per company policies;
Obtain access permissions from property owners to perform work;
Promote and maintain good customer relations through completed work;
Maintain records and reports of crew performance and timesheets;
Manage crew costs and use of equipment;
Prepare reports on incidents, truck breakdowns, and property damage;
Coordinate with customers, police, and fire departments to block streets or driveways;
Set up barriers and safety barriers to protect employees and public
