Performs preventative maintenance on buildings and systems and assures equipment operates according to standards;
Tests emergency generator and sprinkler systems and records data;
Inspects equipment such as air compressors, roof systems, sprinkler systems, and refrigeration components and performs repairs as needed;
Inspects, lubricates, and maintains condensers, evaporators, freezers, and doors; maintains repair parts inventory;
Maintains facilities and grounds according to a scheduled plan and completes safety checks and reports
