Communi Care Health Services’ Southbrook Healthcare Center in Springfield, OH is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to ensure reliable resident care through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
You will perform rounds, log checks, repairs, outdoor maintenance, and attend ongoing trainings while following safety and infection control standards, policies, and procedures. HVAC certification is required and 5–7 years of senior living maintenance experience is preferred.
