Minimum Qualifications:

- Possession of a valid Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and vehicle liability insurance.

- Thorough knowledge of cleaning materials, methods, equipment and procedures.

- Considerable knowledge of the use and care of cleaning equipment.

- Physical stamina and agility to perform manual custodial and light maintenance tasks.

- Ability to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions.

- Ability to maintain good productive work habits, including timeliness and honesty.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, management, and the public.

- Ability to assume the responsibility of working with minimal supervision.

- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including outdoors in extreme heat and cold.

- Ability to work effective as a team member.

- Regular and reliable attendance.
