• Wage: $21‑$22 per hour DOE; eligible for bonuses
• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm for training, then Tuesday‑Saturday 8 am‑5 pm (must be available for after‑hour calls)

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, appliance repair, and cleaning.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors.
• Own preventive maintenance—inspections and CAPEX improvements.
• Ensure building compliance with all physical asset requirements.
• Perform unit turnovers: service appliances, plumbing/electrical, replace parts, re‑key locks, replace bulbs, interior painting.
• Address and follow up on residents’ work order requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors, suppliers, residents, tenants, the Property Manager, Portfolio Manager, office staff, and other key stakeholders; communicate effectively.
• Complete all work in a timely and professional manner.

• 1+ years of general maintenance experience or equivalent training required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Oregon State Landlord‑Tenant Laws is helpful.
